Voice Guide

The voice of your brand helps establish your personality. Will you be quirky and fun? Sassy and chic? Or professional and no-nonsense? If you don’t know, that’s ok too. We’ll work together to help you figure out how to communicate in a way that captures your company’s unique identity.

Logo Design

This is where our artists totally geek out. We’ll compile all of that great info from the brand strategy and put our creative team to work. They’ll spend hundreds of hours designing and drawing your logo, then provide you with the top choices. And, this includes custom fonts and marks. Did we mention that yet?

Style Guide

This is where the magic happens! All of our hard work is pulled together in this manual. The final style guide we present will tell you everything you need to know to keep your brand consistent. We’ll cover logo usage, color palettes, typography and photography examples. This is your brand’s Bible—it’s what your brand manager should live and die by to ensure brand consistency.

Website Strategy

Through a series of hard-core brainstorming sessions, CRANKSHAFT works with you and your team to review the overall strategy for your website. We’ll discuss the goals you want to achieve, your audience, the information and items you require on your site, and more.

Website Copywriting

After completing the sitemap, we’ll begin outlining the main bullet points for each page on your website. Once we’ve identified what info goes where, one of our wordsmiths will work their magic to bring your company’s personality to life through words.

Home & Inner Page Designs

After the website strategy is complete, our design team (Pixel Whisperers and all) can move into their favorite phase (they are biased, after all). We’ll start with our first round of home page and inner page designs, taking into consideration all of the likes and dislikes from the strategy discussions. This is where the eye candy comes into play, too—after all, no one is going to remember what you say unless you look good saying it.

Programming

At this point, we’ll take all of the approved designs, then go behind the scenes and bring the beauty of each page to life. HTML5, CSS3, java, flash, mobile-responsive—any of these terms make sense? Yeah, we didn’t think so. We’re not so sure of it ourselves, so this is where our Cyber Savants take over. And they really know their stuff.

Live
Awesomeness

This is the day you’ve been waiting for—the day we set you free. But don’t you worry, we’re not going to push you into the deep end right away. We’ll hold your hand a bit and train you on the back end to make sure you and your team can edit, update or do whatever you need for any future changes. Then we’ll give you a big hug and say thanks for working with us. And we guarantee you’ll remain our friend forever.

Back Office Strategy

Discovery phase, report analysis, interviews with top leaders. We’ll deliver a sitemap and proposed organizational plan so you’ll know exactly where we’re headed.

Website Copywriting

We’ll cover an overall strategy for your back office copywriting and identify where content is needed. Once that’s done, we’ll move into page layouts and wireframes. It’s wonderfully geeky—the Bookie lives for this stuff.

Home & Inner Page designs

Again, we’ll bring out the big guns here; perhaps even the Illumination Conjurer will make an appearance. We’ll design your home page then move right into the inner pages. Our record to date for inner page .PSDs is 56. Want to beat it? We always like a good challenge.

Quality Assurance

Hands down The Bookie’s favorite (or least favorite, depending on the situation) phase. He’ll review the entire back office prior to it going live to your field. He’ll make sure the design looks as amazing as it did in the .PSD, that your reports are displaying and working properly, and that your field can enroll anyone fast and easy. It’s the 100-point checklist, times 1000.

Starter Kit Strategy

Let’s welcome your new Distributor with open arms. Let’s impress them and make them feel like they just made the best decision of their life, because they surely did. This piece should be an experience, because first impressions do matter. We’ll strategize what you want to say, what pieces to use to say it, and what kind of package you want to deliver it in. This is where our creative juices will really start to flow.

Packaging Design

We like to collect packaging. We might even have a bookcase dedicated to it in our office. Nothing weird about that. It’s just one of our sources of inspiration. We’ll pull together ideas and come up with unique concepts that work from a construction perspective while taking your budget and goals into consideration as well.

Copywriting

After we’ve gotten that feel for what your goals are and the experience you want your new Distributor to have, we’ll begin outlining and copywriting to round out the full experience. Words can tell a story, and throughout this entire experience we’ll tell your story in every piece that touches your fields’ hands.

Component Design

Images and words create the most powerful experience, and once we know what components go inside the kit and have the words to tell your story, we’ll bring them together. Our mission in this step is to make sure the final product is, a work of art—one of those pieces everyone wants to leave on their coffee table just because it looks so amazing. It’s not unheard of for us. We’re displayed on coffee tables around the world.

Printing

We’ll deliver all of your print-ready files for the packaging and components to your team or your printer of choice. Don’t have a printer? NBD. We can recommend industry experts that will transform the designed files into a head-turning, jaw-dropping, coffee-table-displaying masterpiece.
